WILLOWDALE STEEPLECHASE VENDOR INFORMATION
DOWNLOAD 2024 VENDOR APPLICATION
You are invited to join us as a vendor for the 31st running of the legendary Willowdale Steeplechase. Located in the heart of Chester County, the Willowdale Steeplechase is a community favorite, attracting up to 10,000 spectators on the Saturday of mother’s day weekend.
Activities include 6 races, the popular Jack Russell terrier races, a hat contest, a tailgate contest, a Kids’ Alley, and pony races. Strategic marketing efforts to generate a target-rich audience include a signature poster campaign, press releases, advertisements in equestrian-related media outlets, and social media 5,000 strong.
Additional promotional opportunities include donating an item to the silent auction of the JUMP Party, other parties and fundraisers as well as pre and post-social media posts highlighting a product you submit or your website.

Payment in full has to be received by April 10, 2024 to be included in program.
