WILLOWDALE STEEPLECHASE VENDOR INFORMATION
DOWNLOAD 2026 VENDOR APPLICATION
You are invited to join us as a vendor for the Willowdale Steeplechase. Located in the heart of Chester County, the Willowdale Steeplechase is a community favorite, attracting up to 10,000 spectators on the Saturday of mother’s day weekend.
Activities include 6 races, the popular Jack Russell terrier races, a hat contest, a tailgate contest, a Kids’ Alley, and pony races. Strategic marketing efforts to generate a target-rich audience include a signature poster campaign, press releases, advertisements in equestrian-related media outlets, and social media 5,000 strong.
Please submit an application to be considered by April 17th.
Payment in full has to be received by April 17, 2026 to be included in program.
